CNC Machine Parts

A CNC machine stops when the control, an axis drive, a servo motor or the operator panel fails. New parts can be expensive and hard to obtain, especially for older machines. At Enetiv we offer parts for CNC machines that are new, used and fully regenerated, including those withdrawn from manufacturer support (EOL).

Controls and drives

We have experience in diagnostics of Siemens Sinumerik, Fanuc and Heidenhain controls, and we also repair CNC controls. For CNC machines we can supply parts from our range: controllers, drives, servo drives, HMI panels and IPC industrial computers. Selection for your machine

With CNC parts, matching the catalogue number is not enough. We check hardware versions, firmware and drive parameters for the specific machine application. When the manufacturer has discontinued a model, we can propose a proven replacement. On request, we will program the device. Simply send us the configuration file by email.

Testing before shipping

We have test stands for Siemens (Simodrive, Sinamics, Sinumerik), Rexroth/Indramat, Bosch, Baumüller, Allen-Bradley and Yaskawa, among others. Every part from our warehouse or stock can be tested before shipping, which reduces the risk of another machine stoppage.

Warranty and delivery

We provide our own workshop warranty on used components, and we handle claims locally. In a critical failure, we can send the part by express delivery, using dedicated transport throughout the country. When needed, we also provide remote support with installation and commissioning.

Before the machine stops

Our CNC machine service also includes program backups and failure prevention. As part of our free preventive audits, we identify critical parts, so that you know what is worth keeping on hand before a failure occurs.
