How the Maintenance Emergency Service works
After you report a failure, we dispatch working replacement components immediately. The part may come from our warehouse or automation stock, as a new, used or regenerated item. Where possible, we test it on a workshop stand under load before shipping, to avoid another stoppage.
Support with commissioning
On the customer's request, our engineering team provides remote support with installation, loading configuration files (programming) and quick commissioning of the machine. Simply send us the configuration file by email, and we will program the device.
Flexible scenarios
Depending on how critical the machine is and on parts availability, different courses of action are possible:
- a quick swap for a proven replacement while the damaged component is regenerated in parallel,
- emergency pickup of the damaged device, repair, installation and commissioning,
- priority diagnostics and repair in emergency or express mode.
A mobile service in Silesia provides on-site travel as well as removal and installation, with a commissioning guarantee in critical failures.
