Free Diagnostics, Shipping Labels and Emergency Pickup
A failure of an inverter, servo drive or PLC controller is not a logistics problem, but a real production stoppage. That is why at Enetiv we have kept formalities to a minimum and prepared simple cooperation models for repairs.
1. Free initial diagnostics
You can send a damaged device (e.g. an inverter, servo drive, HMI panel or PLC controller) for initial diagnosis at no cost and with no obligation. In practice you receive:
- reliable information on whether a repair is possible and worthwhile,
- a description of the extent of the damage and the proposed repair method,
- a clear quote before you make a decision.
Your maintenance department does not risk its budget, and decisions are based on technical facts.
2. Shipping label from Enetiv
We can provide a ready-made shipping label for the parcel with the damaged device. You do not have to arrange transport or settle accounts with courier companies. You also reduce the risk of formal errors and delays.
3. Pickup in emergencies
For critical failures we offer direct pickup of the damaged component, quick handover to the workshop, and priority diagnostics and repair in emergency or express mode.
Cooperation scenarios
We tailor them to how critical the machine is, parts availability, the plant's technical capabilities and the expected turnaround time, for example:
- device shipment → diagnosis → repair decision,
- emergency pickup → repair → installation and commissioning,
- component repair + workshop tests,
- repair + machine commissioning warranty at the customer's site.
One contact, full responsibility
Working with us means a single technical point of contact, clear rules, deadlines and scope of work, and transparency at every stage. There is no passing of responsibility between companies.
Start with a short message
