Repair of Inverters and High-Power Supply Modules

An inverter failure means stopped production, and buying a new module can be expensive and slow. At Enetiv we repair frequency converters and high-power supply modules in our own workshop, down to the level of individual electronic components.

Repair instead of replacing the whole module

Our in-house workshop carries out advanced component-level repairs. This helps you avoid the huge cost of buying new units. We repair AC/DC/PV inverters, and our experience covers brands such as Siemens, ABB, Yaskawa, Schneider, Rockwell and Mitsubishi. We also service devices from other manufacturers, because the electronics work on similar principles.

Scope of work

• full component-level diagnostics,
• electronics regeneration and repair,
• parameterization and programming with the loaded configuration files,
• load testing on dedicated workshop test stands.

Testing in an inverter–motor setup

A repaired device does not stop at "it powers up". We test it in an inverter–motor setup with a braking system, i.e. under conditions close to real machine operation. We also carry out thermal tests as well as insulation and parameter stability measurements. Repaired inverters retain their original parameters, programs and applications.

Warranty

We provide our own workshop warranty on repairs, and we handle claims locally, without sending devices abroad and without unnecessary formalities.
