Load Testing – Inverter–Motor Dynamometer

The real quality of service in automation starts with the technical facilities. At Enetiv we test devices on dedicated workshop stands, under conditions close to real machine operation, not just "dry".

What we can check

Our test stands make it possible to:

• test inverters and servo drives under load (dynamometer),
• verify inverter–motor setups as a complete system,
• carry out thermal tests and insulation and parameter stability measurements,
• diagnose controllers, NCU, PLC and industrial computers.

This is the difference compared with places where a repair ends once the device powers up, without checking how it behaves after several hours of operation.

Testing before and after repair

We can test devices both before and after repair. Parts from our warehouse or stock can be checked on a stand before shipping. This reduces the risk that the part is new but the machine still stands idle.

A warranty based on tests

Our own test stands allow us to offer a real workshop warranty. It covers machine commissioning, meaning responsibility for the result, not only for the component itself.
