ENETIV is an industrial automation service with bases in Żywiec and Tychy. Most of our jobs are in Silesia, Podbeskidzie and Lesser Poland, but we go wherever the failure is: to plants across Poland, and soon in the Czech Republic and Slovakia as well. We repair motors and servomotors of every type, PLC controllers, inverters, servo drives, HMI panels and CNC control systems. Our team of automation technicians and mechanics is flexible: we also take on non-standard and older-generation equipment that others won't touch. We give our own warranty on repairs. Automation Service: Żywiec, Bielsko-Biała, Tychy and All of Poland

This is where we have our base and most of our experience: from Żywiec and Tychy we most often head out to plants in the Silesian agglomeration, Lesser Poland and Podbeskidzie, which is how we come to know the machines and shape best practices. We take that experience out into the field: we are glad to serve a plant anywhere in Poland.

Repair of Motors and Servomotors of Every Type

We replace bearings and seals, refurbish electromagnetic brakes, and repair gear motors and geared drives. After repair we check the equipment for insulation and for operation in the drive system. We handle the entire job, from intake to warranty, so you have one contractor and a responsible company.

Electronics Repair: PLC, Inverters, HMI, Power Supplies

We repair electronics in-house. We diagnose and repair PLC controllers (including damaged I/O modules), inverters and frequency converters, HMI operator panels, industrial power supplies, communication cards and industrial PCs. We also recover programs and configurations from damaged devices. Repaired inverters, servo drives and modules are checked on our own test bench.

CNC and Non-Standard Equipment

We service CNC control boards and positioning systems, as well as equipment withdrawn from production for which documentation and manufacturer support no longer exist. If needed, we reconstruct schematics and look for replacements. This is our specialty: failures where a standard service gives up.

Inspections, Upgrades and Additional Technicians

Besides repairs, we carry out preventive inspections of controllers, control cabinets and drives, backups of PLC and HMI programs, and electrical measurements. We also modernize old systems, for example by migrating Siemens S7-300 controllers to S7-1500. When a job needs more hands, we arrange additional technicians on site.
