Repair of PLC Controllers, I/O Modules and Safety Systems

A PLC controller or I/O module that stops working can bring an entire machine to a halt. At Enetiv we repair and regenerate PLC controllers, input/output modules and industrial safety systems in our own fully equipped workshop.

Repair at electronics level

Instead of replacing whole modules, we carry out full component-level diagnostics and repair circuits down to the level of individual electronic elements. For you this often means a lower cost than buying a new device, and for older machines a real chance of continued operation.

We have experience repairing devices from Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi, Omron, B&R, Beckhoff and many other manufacturers. We also take on diagnostics of devices outside our list, because the electronics in other equipment work on similar principles.

Free diagnostics before you decide

You send the damaged controller, and we check whether a repair is possible and worthwhile. You receive a description of the extent of the damage, the proposed repair method and a clear quote before you make a decision. The initial diagnostics is free of charge.

Warranty and local service

We provide our own workshop warranty on repairs. Any claim is handled locally, quickly and without unnecessary formalities.
