What we check during an audit
The audit focuses on three areas:
- Failure prediction – we identify critical "bottlenecks" in control systems and mechanics before they bring the line to a halt.
- Thermal imaging and signal diagnostics – we detect temperature anomalies and overloads in control cabinets.
- Critical parts mapping – we prepare recommendations on modernization and stock levels, with particular attention to hard-to-find components withdrawn by manufacturers (EOL).
How we work
We do not select solutions "by catalogue number". Our engineers analyze the machine application: hardware versions, firmware and the actual operating parameters of the drives. As a result, our recommendations are based on technical facts, not assumptions.
