Servo Motor Service and Repair

A servo motor is the heart of a dynamic drive system, so after repair it has to return to work with full precision. At Enetiv we restore servo motors to full performance, and each one goes through rigorous calibration procedures after repair.

What the service includes

• Encoder and resolver replacement and tuning – including setting the zero point and commutation,
• mechanical regeneration of the seats,
• dynamic rotor balancing.

It is calibration that ensures the motor works correctly with the drive and the machine after repair.

Testing the whole system

We check more than just the motor. We have test stands for key manufacturers, including Siemens, Rexroth/Indramat, Bosch, Baumüller, Allen-Bradley, SEW and Schneider Electric/Elau/PacDrive. They allow us to verify the inverter–motor setup as a complete system, not just individual elements. This means we take responsibility for a working line, not just a single "box".

How to get started

You send the device for free initial diagnostics. You find out whether a repair is possible and worthwhile, what the extent of the damage is and how much it will cost, before you decide. In emergencies we offer pickup of the damaged component and priority diagnostics in express mode.

Warranty

We provide our own workshop warranty on repairs, based on tests rather than just a clause in a contract.
