Servo Drives

A servo drive is responsible for the precise movements of a machine, and its failure usually means the whole system stands still. A new servo drive can be expensive and hard to obtain, especially for older machines. At Enetiv we supply servo drives that are new, used and fully regenerated, including those withdrawn from manufacturer support (EOL).

Selection for your machine

With servo drives, matching the catalogue number is not enough. We check hardware versions, firmware and drive parameters for the specific application. When the manufacturer has discontinued a model, we can propose a proven replacement. On request, we will program the device. Simply send us the configuration file by email.

Testing as a complete system

We have test stands that allow us to check a drive together with the motor, as a complete system, under load. We have them for Siemens (Simodrive, Sinamics), Rexroth/Indramat, Bosch, Baumüller, Allen-Bradley, SEW, Schneider Electric/Elau/PacDrive, Kollmorgen and Yaskawa, among others. Every part from our warehouse or stock can be tested on a stand before shipping, which reduces the risk of another stoppage.

Warranty and delivery

We provide our own workshop warranty on used components, and we handle claims locally. In a critical failure, we can send the part by express delivery, using dedicated transport throughout the country. When needed, we also provide remote support with installation and commissioning.

What about the servo motor?

If the problem lies with the motor, you do not have to buy a new one. We service servo motors: we replace and tune encoders and resolvers (setting the zero point and commutation), mechanically regenerate the seats and dynamically balance the rotor.
