How "You store, we sell" works
This model differs from classic consignment, in which the goods must be physically transported to the intermediary's warehouse.17 In the structure proposed by ENETIV, the process runs without any physical relocation of stock until the moment of sale:10
- Inventory and Agreement: the partner (e.g. a manufacturing plant holding slow-moving stock left over from upgraded lines, a wholesaler or another integrator) draws up a list of the spare parts it holds, specifying their technical condition.4 The parties sign a consignment agreement that defines either the minimum price acceptable to the partner or a percentage split of the sales profit (where the market standard for this type of operation ranges from 60% to 65% of the sale price for the consignor).4
- Local storage: the partner remains the physical custodian of the goods, keeping them in its own warehouse, which eliminates internal logistics costs, dispersed insurance and the upkeep of storage space on the ENETIV side.17
- Digitization and Marketing: the ENETIV team takes full responsibility for bringing the products to the digital market.10 This includes cleaning and standardizing manufacturer part numbers, producing professional photographic documentation, creating technical descriptions, and distributing the offer across key global marketplaces such as Allegro, eBay, Amazon, and specialist B2B portals for automation engineers (e.g. Automa.Net).7
- Transaction and Shipment: the moment an order appears on one of the platforms, the ENETIV system generates a courier label and sends a notification to the partner to pack and release the parcel.10 The goods are shipped directly from the partner's warehouse to the end customer (consignment dropshipping) or pass through an ENETIV consolidation point for quality verification before export shipment.4
- Financial settlement: after the end customer confirms receipt of the shipment and the return window has lapsed, the partner issues ENETIV a VAT invoice for the previously agreed percentage of the sale value.10

Thanks to automatic mapping by EAN codes or unique manufacturer part numbers (MPN), every change in a partner's stock level triggers an immediate (real-time) update of the offer across all e-commerce portals.19 BaseLinker's automation eliminates the need for manual order processing: the system collects payments through payment gateways on its own, generates invoices and waybills, and sends customers e-mail and SMS notifications with a shipment tracking link.19
